Lifetime Warranty
Every piece of your gourmet waterless cookware is warranted to be free from defects in material, construction and craftsmanship for the life of the product. The warranty on your gourmet waterless cookware will be good from one user to the next. All you have to do is return the defective product and a new product will be returned within 10-14 business days. You only pay for the cost of shipping. There will never be a handling charge, only the true cost of the shipping the new item to you. You can even email me (danlewis7591@yahoo.com) to get the exact cost of freight before the product is ever returned, (electric cords and parts have a 5 year warranty)
We sell a few select high quality waterless cookware and other products that are not our gourmet brand but do come with a lifetime warranty from their manufacturer. We back up these warranties along with the manufacturer. Once you purchase from us you will not need to purchase another cookware set in your lifetime. You will also receive a 30 day money back guaranty if your not happy with your purchase, all you pay is the shipping.
